No, items cannot be reserved until you have made payment and completed your order. Due to high demand, we recommend completing your purchase promptly to secure the items in your cart.

Adding items to an existing order is not allowed once a shipping reference has been received. If you wish to purchase additional items, we recommend placing a new order separately.

Orders cannot be canceled once completed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process to ensure accuracy.

To check the availability of an item, navigate to the product page of the item you wish to query and check the quantity displayed. If the item is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery

We offer various shipping options. Please see information below: 

Local CPT Shipping: 

Local CPT Next Day Shipping is a swift and reliable shipping option available for customers within the Cape Town (CPT) area. It guarantees delivery of your order to eligible locations within Cape Town on the next business day following your purchase.

This option excludes delivery to the following areas: Paarl, Melkbos, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Fish Hoek, and Gordons Bay. If you reside in or require delivery to these areas, alternative shipping options may be available with varying delivery timelines.

Standard Shipping (Paarl, Melkbos, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Fish Hoek & Gordons Bay):

This is our regular shipping option for customers residing in these areas. It ensures delivery of your order within the specified timeframe using standard shipping methods.

Standard Shipping to Paarl, Melkbos, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Fish Hoek, and Gordons Bay typically takes 3-4 business days. 

Next Day Delivery (Paarl, Melkbos, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Fish Hoek & Gordons Bay):

This is our expedited shipping option for customers in these areas. It guarantees delivery of your order on the next business day following your purchase.

Aramex National Shipping:  This shipping method is for customers who are within the same city or in a different province. National Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days.

Prefer to collect your order in person? Select our convenient collection option at checkout. Please note that collection is only available at certain time slots. Simply choose a time that works best for you, and our friendly team will have your order ready for pickup at our Cape Town location. Skip the shipping wait and enjoy your scarves sooner with our collection option.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; however, we offer exchanges for items with manufacturing flaws. If more than 3 days have elapsed since your purchase, exchanges cannot be accommodated.
