Returns & Refunds Policy

At Scarf Closet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our refunds and returns policy.

Return Period: Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; however, we offer exchanges for items with manufacturing flaws. If more than 3 days have elapsed since your purchase, exchanges cannot be accommodated.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return: If you believe your item qualifies for a return due to a manufacturing flaw, please reach out to us within the 3-day return period. You can contact us via info@scarf-closet.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will organize a courier for collection of the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items with manufacturing flaws. If the item is deemed eligible for exchange, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Refunds: As stated, we do not provide refunds for returned items. Instead, we offer exchanges for eligible items with manufacturing flaws.
